The event will involve lectures, Q&A and practical workstations.

- Behavioural problems in puppies less than 6 months old.
- How do you organise successful puppy classes?
- Working with separation anxiety in young dogs.
- Detecting early behaviour problems and how to fix them.
- Aggression in puppies - causes and treatment.
- Compulsive behaviour in young dogs - causes and treatment.
- Preparing puppies and owners for maximum success in future training and problem-solving.
Amber Batson graduated as a vet from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 1999. She has always been very interested in animal behaviour and began a number of studies in animal behaviour alongside her medical career within the first year of graduation. Amber has worked with international charities to promote animal welfare, works as a legal expert witness in relation to behaviour and welfare, offers private behaviour consultations and continues to work in first opinion vet practice as well as delivering education in behaviour worldwide. Her goal is to clarify the scientific knowledge of behaviour in a practical way, to ensure up to date science is accessible to all. She hopes to contribute to the prevention of behaviour problems by practical application of this science.
Venue: The seminar will be held at Bowden Hall Hotel, Bondend Lane, Upton St Leonards, Gloucester GL4 8ED. Mondays 10am-5pm, Tuesdays 9am- 4pm.
Refreshments: Refreshments and lunch will be provided. It will not be possible to bring your own lunch.
